The ALIISA (1.9.2020-31.8.2023) is an innovation and development project for inclusive art pedagogy, which aim is to meet the development needs of general education with a continuing education model planned in international cooperation. The key issue in the project is the social significance of art and its role in promoting social inclusion and well-being, as well as the development of pedagogical attitudes and skills. Cooperation between higher education (HE) and general education / general art education is a major starting point. In the field of inclusive art pedagogy, this cooperation is important when improving the quality of art pedagogical teaching and ensuring the availability of qualified professionals on the field of general and art education.
The project coordinator is Savonia University of Applied Sciences in partnership with universities from Lithuania (Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy) and Austria (Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien) as well as the Austrian dance school (Ich bin O.K. Kultur- und Bildungsverein der Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung) and Finnish music and dance school (Kuopio Conservatory).
During the project, training and research in inclusive art pedagogy will be carried out in international cooperation and nationally in cooperation with the associated partners. The aim is to bring new educational and administrative practices to the educational institutions involved in the project. The trainings of the project are targeted at art pedagogy professionals working in the field of general education and students of the educational institutions involved in the project.
